I'm an Enterprise Technology Generalist and full stack developer who has navigated the full lifecycle of the internet from writing flat HTML in Notepad to vibe-coding cloud-native enterprise level multisite solutions.

I've spent the past decade bouncing between pre-sales and customer education.

On the training side, I've hired and managed a team of trainers and learning experience designers. I led the transition from live bootcamps to digital-first delivery, piloting our remote program before COVID made it mandatory, and later implementing AI video tools to cut time-to-market on eLearning production.

On presales, I've delivered tailored presentations across the full DXP stack (CMS, DAM, CDP, Personalization, and Commerce) from storytelling-focused demos for executive buyers to feature-centric technical deep dives for implementation teams.

I also have a background as a French teacher, which has been incredibly important because for the majority of my career talking about tech has been very similar to speaking a foreign language.

If there has been one unifying goal in all my positions, it's been helping folks understand complex concepts, and looking for that moment where everything clicks.
